At My Generator, most of our manufacturers have technical experts available to help you fix most issues over the phone by calling their tech support hotlines.

Since they designed and built the products, their experienced technicians have more knowledge than any reseller.

We recommend calling a technical expert before scheduling a return or taking the product in for repairs.

 

How to find an approved service centre for you product?

Purchasing a product from My Generator is not unlike purchasing from a large warehouse retailer. 

If you experience a technical issue or problem with your product while it's covered under warranty, the home improvement centres won't repair it for you. They will refer you to the manufacturer/distributor or a local service centre. 

My Generator works the same way. All of our products are backed by a minimum twelve month manufacturer's warranty. 

If your product needs servicing while under warranty, we recommend you contact the manufactuer who can advise of the closest approved service centre, who will inspect/repair the product under the manufacturer's warranty policy for you.
