How to claim your warranty

If you experience a fault with your product within the warranty period, the best place to start is contacting the manufacturer/supplier. They take responsibility for all service and warranty issues related to their products. If the fault is unable to be rectified over the phone, they will refer you to the nearest service centre who can inspect, diagnose and repair the fault and return your product back to working order. Generator Warehouse is always happy to help facilitate this process between customer and manufacturer if necessary.

Contact details of the customer service centres are supplied with the product, for example - in the manual or on the warranty document. You can also find the warranty period for each product on the relevant product page. For convenience we have also listed contact information for each brand below.

When calling the customer service centres, please ensure you have your tax invoice number or original order ready. If you do not have either of these please call us on 1300 or email support@generatorwarehouse.com.au and we will send through a copy.
